He hopes he does not have to come back all winter for showings this year, like last. It is costing him to carry the house, and this made him think about listing with other personal friends who are in real estate....
Sent follow up letter late november, We advised friends don't always work as hard, may take business for granted. Sometimes you don't want friends knowing your business....
